• Submitting the service request form is an enquiry, not a binding order. A project only begins once we've agreed on scope, timeline and pricing with you, typically by email.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in your request.
• Final pricing, delivery timelines and revision rounds will be confirmed in writing (email) before work starts.
• Payment terms, ownership of final files, and usage rights will be agreed on a per-project basis.

4. Feedback submissions

By submitting feedback through our feedback form, you agree that we may display your name, rating and message publicly on this website. You can request removal at any time by emailing us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to submit false, abusive, or unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website or its underlying systems.

All videos, characters, graphics and branding published by JoJo Jelly remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. For client projects, ownership of final deliverables transfers as agreed per project once payment is complete.

This website and its content are provided "as is". While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we don't guarantee the website will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
